SHIPPING POLICY
Natures Farmacy ship all orders both Australian and International with Australia Post, via express and standard post. Other options are available by request. We reserve the right to change couriers at any point and will notify customers if this is to happen. Please allow 3-7 business days for dispatch (not including day of order). If there is a further delay in dispatch, customers will be notified.
Shipping charges are displayed separately and will be calculated for you upon checkout. Insurance can also be added and will incur an additional fee.
RETURN POLICY
Natures Farmacy products are prescription formulas provided for use ONLY by the original purchaser for the Animal it was supplied for. Resale or use on another animal requires prior consent from Natures Farmacy. Just contact us.

PAYMENT METHOD
Credit Cards
We accept Visa and Mastercard payments. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with Natures Farmacy. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number – the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon placement of your order. In situations where ordered items are unavailable for dispatch within 5 days of receipt of your payment, you will be given the option of a refund for that item only or to have that item held on backorder for you and dispatched as soon as it becomes available. No additional shipping charges apply when orders are dispatched to customers from back order.
Paypal
We accept payments through paypal.
Bank Transfers
Natures Farmacy accepts orders to be paid by direct deposit, using the details that are given at checkout. Please note that your order will not be processed or shipped until payment has been fully received. Please provide your order number or Name on the reference.
Money Orders, Cashier Cheques and Personal Cheques
Natures Farmacy does not accept money orders, Cashier cheques or Personal Cheques.
